I started my first business as a teenager and sold it shortly after graduating from McGill University. I then moved to the United States and built a frozen food home delivery company that became Omaha Steaks' largest wholesale account. From there, I opened the first chain of frozen food stores in the U.S.
I went on to partner with George Foreman on George Foreman Steaks, selling through QVC and online. That venture ultimately failed due to unfavorable royalty terms and unsustainable shipping economics — a painful lesson I now use to help other founders avoid the same mistakes.
I co-founded 800Razors.com, which was featured in TIME, CBS Sports, and TMZ — including a 2013 campaign offering Brian Wilson $1M to shave his beard. I've been a member of Entrepreneurs' Organization for 35 years, making me one of its earliest members.
Today, I'm a certified Bloom Growth coach (EOS-based operating system) and co-founder of Sales Wizard, an AI-powered sales coaching app. I work with founders and leadership teams at companies ranging from $5M to $500M+ in revenue.
My approach is simple: I help you build a business that runs on a proven operating system with clear accountability, disciplined execution, and a leadership team that's aligned and firing on all cylinders.
I've made every mistake in the book — and a few that aren't — so you don't have to. Whether you're trying to scale, prepare for an exit, or just stop feeling like your business runs you instead of the other way around, I've been there.
